Founder / Chief Executive Officer

With a successful career spanning over 25 years, qualifications that include a Swiss Federal Banking Diploma, as well as wide-ranging experience gained from working in various international financial institutions, Georges is perfectly placed to guide Nova Patrimoine and our clients into an outstanding future.

KARLINA VYTHILINGUM

Director / Chief Operating Officer

Karlina’s education, training and experience in both Switzerland and Mauritius, where she is now based, led her to Nova Patrimoine, where she focuses on her passion for professional financial services and principled and ethical asset management. Karlina has held managerial positions in reputable local firms for over 10 years.

KAILASH RAMKISSOON

Director / Chief Financial Officer

Kailash holds an MBA in Financial Risk Management and is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He started his career in 2004 as a junior auditor at BDO DCDM. He then progressed to team leader and accountant positions at local companies. At Dolberg Group, he became CFO of the leasing arm before founding Infinitas Cliens Focus Accounting Services in 2012. Currently, he holds board roles and consults on finance for various Group companies.

LOÏC ROUSSELOT

Head of Business Development Europe

Since 1976, Loïc’s impressive career has seen him rise through the world of private banking with particular focus on the support, growth and management of its clientele. For the past four years, he worked in a local asset management company as Executive Head of Business Development and prior to that, held various positions in Luxembourg, Strasbourg and Geneva with institutions such as Julius Baer & Cie Bank and Société Générale Bank Private Banking.

STEPHANE SAMBA

Investment Officer

Stéphane holds a BSc (Hons) Finance and has an in-depth knowledge of financial markets, which has made him a valuable asset to our investment team since 2014.
